What Wetölk is
Wetölk turns your CV into a conversational agent with its own public page, and lets recruiters find profiles by describing the role they are hiring for. The service is operated by Jose Jesús Huazano Arroyo. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use Wetölk.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use Wetölk on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
The information you register must be truthful and about you. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens through your account. If you notice access you do not recognise, write to soporte@wetolk.pro.
The core is free
Uploading your CV, having a public agent with its own URL and your 5 quick questions is free, with no conditions. Contributing or sharing unlocks extras, never the essentials. We will not take the service away from you for not contributing or sharing.
Your content stays yours
Your CV, your data and everything you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process and display them for the sole purpose of running the service: extracting your profile, generating your agent and publishing your page if you choose to activate it. That licence ends when you deactivate your profile or delete your account.
Responsibility for your content
You are entirely responsible for the content you include in your CV and for everything your agent communicates based on it. The quality and amount of information you provide directly affects the quality of your agent's answers. Under no circumstances will Wetölk be responsible for what that content expresses.
Your agent speaks on your behalf
The agent answers in the third person, based only on what you uploaded to your CV. It is designed not to invent experience, dates or technologies, and to say it does not have the information when something is not in your CV. Checking that what you uploaded is accurate remains your responsibility.
The agent can get things wrong
The agent relies on third-party language models. Although it is designed to stay within your CV, it can make mistakes or misread a question. We recommend chatting with your own agent before sharing your link. Wetölk does not guarantee that you will get interviews or a job, and does not verify the accuracy of the CVs that are uploaded.
Your public page
While your agent is active, anyone with the link can open it and talk to it without needing an account. We do not list profiles in our sitemap or in any directory, but if you share your link in a public space, search engines may end up indexing it. You can deactivate your page at any time from your dashboard.
Acceptable use
You may not: deliberately upload false information or someone else's CV without their consent; impersonate anyone; attempt to manipulate the agent into stepping outside its purpose or revealing sensitive information; use shared links to send spam; extract platform data in bulk or by automated means; or attempt to breach the security of the service.
Risky content in your CV
In addition to the above, your CV may not contain instructions aimed at manipulating the system that processes it: requests to ignore prior configuration, execute code or commands, expose sensitive information, endanger people or animals, generate content about weapons, explosives or drugs, jailbreak attempts, or any instruction unrelated to CV analysis. If we detect any of these, we reserve the right to reject your CV, cancel your account, and, where severity warrants, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
If you are a recruiter
The profiles that appear in searches belong only to candidates who opted in to being found. You may use that information solely to evaluate and contact candidates for legitimate recruitment purposes: you may not store it in bulk, resell it or repurpose it. Your search criteria may not rely on discriminatory categories prohibited by law.
Contact between recruiter and candidate
A recruiter can send you an introduction message without seeing your contact details. Those details are shared only if you accept the request, and only the ones you authorised. You can decline without explanation and revoke access later.
Contributions
Contributions are voluntary and processed through an external provider. Wetölk does not store card or payment data. Contributions are non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstance, and do not buy advertising, search ranking or any right over the service: they unlock exactly the same extras as sharing.
Tiers and unlocks
A tier unlocked by sharing or contributing is never revoked, even if your shares generate no traffic. The order of results for recruiters is always decided by match relevance: it is not for sale and cannot be influenced by payment.
Availability
Wetölk is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features; where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice.
Third-party services
Wetölk relies on external providers to operate: account management and database, file storage, payment processing, language models and hosting. Each is governed by its own terms and we do not control their availability. Details of what data is shared with each are in the Privacy Notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wetölk is not liable for indirect damages, lost job opportunities, or decisions third parties make based on what your agent answers. If a competent authority deliberates and determines that Wetölk is liable, our total liability is limited to USD 1. This limit is a maximum cap, not a refund: your contributions are non-refundable under any circumstance, no matter how much time has passed. None of this limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, impersonates another person or puts other users at risk. Except in serious cases, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from your dashboard. The action is permanent and immediate. Before doing so you can export your information as JSON.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or inside the platform before it takes effect. The date of the latest update always appears above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Morelia, Michoacán, without prejudice to any right consumer protection law gives you to bring proceedings where you live.
