What data we collect

The contents of your resume (name, experience, skills, and any other information you include), your email, and data about visits to your public agent (see below).

The content of your resume is entirely your responsibility — see the relevant section in our Terms and Conditions.

Social sign-in

If you sign up or sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we access your name, email address, and profile photo (if public) — only to create your account, recognize you on future logins, and personalize your experience. We never post on your behalf or access your contacts, and we don't sell or share this information with third parties except where required by law. If you delete your account, we immediately delete whatever we obtained from Google or LinkedIn.

You can revoke Wetölk's access at any time from LinkedIn or Google.

Your PDF

Your resume PDF can be downloaded from your public page if you choose to keep it active — it's never listed or indexed anywhere, only reachable through your link. The file is never served directly from storage: every download goes through our server.

Visits to your agent

When someone visits your agent through a shared link, we record a salted hash of their IP and browser — never the raw IP — and keep it for a maximum of 90 days. You only see aggregate counts of your referrals, never individual identities.

Your profile's visibility

Your agent is public as soon as you complete your profile — that's how the link you share works. From your dashboard you separately control whether it also appears in recruiter searches, and can turn that off at any time.

Your rights

You can export all your information as JSON or delete your account entirely (PDF, database, and vectors) at any time from your dashboard — without having to ask anyone.
